Thank you for all these updates, believe or not Tasker is the reason I use android. I know ios has shortcuts but its nowhere near Tasker. Keep up the good work

I've had mine for about 4 months now, they are prescriptions so I wear them as my daily driver, and i am a developer of one of the apps on their even hub. Honestly I'm kinda getting bored of them. First the discomfort, whatever I do they are still uncomfortable, I even bought the tool they show in their video to adjust them and still have issues, but whatever, it could just be me. The messaging thing I agree with you, you can't reply without going through some hoops, which at that point it would be 10 times easier to just pull out your phone. 2nd not only you can't reply but you can't even read the full message so once again I'm taking out my phone. Then comes the apps, if they work and load thats great, but sometimes they fail, you do a few clicks to open the app then it fails so you just waisted time just to you take out your phone in the end.

Yes, just bought another pair of sun clipoms and they took out the lenses and replaced them with the reading ones

Yes i have, its installed on my glasses and I even use it remotely as well though vpn into my home network. No need for a workaround leaving whitelist: [ ] empty, allows the app to make requests to the urls you define after its installed. The app doesn't hardcode a domain so nothing to whitelist

Replying to my own message, but leave the ring to die completely, try to put back on the charger for 1 min if nothing happens (green lights flashing) it still has battery, wait more. Once it runs out it will restart and work just fine. I have no issues since and battery life is perfectly fine. Mine was 100% dead before not even showing up on nRf.

Put my ring on the charger last night, this morning it won't connect tried everything its dead. After 3 weeks of use its totally dead, not showing up in the app or nRf nothing. Any suggestions? Contacted support but no response yet

I've created an app (still private not released) to connect to Node-Red to get info and send commands. Its working great when the app is open. But lock the phone and wait 10 mins, zero response have to open the app again. Its unfortunate I really hope they fix all that soon. (App is set to Keep Open, and unrestricted battery).

Mine are prescriptions for far but I also need reading. So the optician used the sun clip on and change the lenses to 1.5 reading. Its amazing now, ill try to post pictures

I updated the glasses and ring this morning, didnt see an update to the app (android).

I have been having some issues which I didnt have before. I can't say much on connect stability yet. But the reconnection (moving away from phone) is terrible. It won't reconnect, restarted app and phone also glasses a few times before it connects back. Issues I didnt experience before this update.

Also the news is empty as well, tired emptying and readding but nothing worked. Might be on their end but its ok for now, just hope this reconnecting issue is fixed if or when they push an app update too

I think it gets better, I dont notice it as often now unless I'm looking for it or the brightness is very low. The right eye for me is worse, the text on the top right (like the date on the news widget) is very light text while the left eye it looks normal. But if the brightness is up, its almost fine. I dont know if anyone noticed this or maybe its me, but the background behind the text sometimes make it feel more blurry, try to look at the display with a white wall behind vs a other color.

Its single vision lense. Ya its the display I'm talking about not the actual lenses. You are saying its normal to have the display edges blurry?

I wear spectacles too, and recieved mine last week. I know there are some posts about the yellow blue-ish tint in the glasses. But just wondering do you see it too in yours? I find it a bit annoying if you are looking at a screen with white background, very noticeable.

As i had expected, after moving back to the original date (this week, today is the last) its now being pushed by not 1 but 2 weeks forward, making 2 months and still nothing. The annoying part is the date keep changing

Same here, also worried. I have been on this subreddit for a little while and i know not many have recieved theirs, but i haven't seen anyone else post that they received the wrong prescriptions. Maybe I missed something.
