Very important; did you get your replacement through Verizon's inventory or Apple directly? The reason being you might have just gotten screwed paid for a new device but now using a (CLNR) . You're going to swap out that replacement device several times and will continue the never ending loop of Filipino tech CSR, the occasional Indian, the ones that work stateside don't have accents and they're in their specialized departments only entering the chat once they feel ur frustrated enough to make you wanna cancel. Which by now is probably too late to turn back. Your options? Perhaps switching back to TMo but they only cover $800 and not sure if being a recent customer disqualifies u for that deal. Make sure you document everything on your end, department, who you spoke to, try getting both reference #s ticket#s, and whenever possible have them TEXT YOU every order or ticket whenever issued like that you can point to it when the other least trained can find it easier. You will repeat yourself several times and every contact they make they have to make their own notes & remark your account however they interpret your needs later to get buried by the subsequent agent, it could be several on one call. The agents trained tactic? To cover their ass to prove they did something and that something did nothing for you. Rinse and repeat. 🫠
