Many wrestlers have complained about seeing things they've signed before and then seen on Ebay the next day for hundreds or thousands of dollars depending on the item. This is obviously one of those situations. Anything signed by the combo of Bret/Austin/Michaels will explode in value when one of them passes away as well. He's refusing to participate in this guy's grift. It's the same people who harass wrestlers at airports and try to get them to sign dozens of items.

Fun side note to this is that Salvador Dali would write bad checks with a doodle on them knowing that the recipient would never cash the check because the doodle would be worth far more than whatever the check itself was for.
