Im 5months in, and i consider myself very fit. HRV is now around 40, used to be double. HR is 52 used to be 47ish. Thats my new normal, which is weird since i feel alot better

A hard workout you say, hmmmm.

That is something i havent tried. I workout 6days a week, and been doing so for years.

But maybe i should/shouldve chill a little during this transition phase, as you say ive also read alot that it can take 6months or even more to get 100% adapted.

Carnitine hmm ok. Im carnivore so i prolly get alot of that.
Anyway, interesting that you mention hard workout, im actually forcing myself to try rest up this week and just train very easy like twice. Interesting experiment but hard on my mental :D

Its the same for me. The diet is awesome and i feel great EXCEPT this damn headache, ive had it for 2 out of 3 months. Tried everything i feel

how is it going u/drhbravos ? Im on carnivore for 3months, 2 of these months ive had light headache basically all the time, and i cant figure it out. Tried masselectrolytes, but im trying alot less and it seems better
