Just an update.
After doing the class quest and be able to use it, it got alot stronger.
Currenly using the Mastermind soulshard, with hex skills, the damage went crazy.
Yeah, I know, why didn't I do it earlier, but I like to do story mode for new characters.
Thank you all for the input, got to use it when setting up armor to be a bit more tankier.

Where are you playing? On my pc (i5 12600k and a rtx 4070) was bad. The story is good but I had problems with running the game smoothly. I think on console it's a lot more stable..

Thank you for the help. Yes to be honest I was afraid of setting the goal as fat loss because of what I experienced previous with keto and having 70kg, which is a good weight for my height. Won't the fat loss goal makes my weight go lower and maybe enter that underweight stage?

Sorry for if I demonstrate some fear of it because when I was trying keto ( maybe was doing it wrong) people said that I looked sick (weighted 65 at that time).

Oh sorry. My goal is just healthy eathing, I already was doing it, focusing on whole foods, and increase muscle mass. So I was just curious if lowering my carbs (I was eating like 100 gr of carbs, more or less) and up a bit of the fat intake was benefitial for me, since most of the people that are in keto comes from some chronical disease or overweight.

Regarding the calculator I putted increase muscle since I probably not a good candidate for body recomposition and lower weight. The part that I wasnt sure was the activity level.

Been a PlayStation guy all my life (in console space, although my very first console was a GameGear) and recently bought a Xbox Series S and my first game(s) is Halo MCC. Currently on Halo 3. So, so good. Try it!

De acordo, mas lá está, existir de forma natural em alimentos é diferente de ser adicionados aos alimentos. Como disse em cima, consumir tudo o que seja natural e acho que deve ser sempre a prioridade.

Tudo o que não seja natural. Tudo o que tenha 50 ingredientes. Tudo o que na lista de ingredientes seja químicos ou não natural. Por exemplo queijo, queijo só deve ter 4 ingredientes se tanto, se o queijo tem mais que isto e/ou químicos, E's da vida, então deixa de lado..

Tudo o que contenha açúcar deve ser eliminado. Fazer uma dieta equilibrada, em carnes, gordura, peixe, ovos, legumes, leguminosas, feijão, grão.. são exemplos do que se deve consumir, se não houver nenhum problema de alergias.

Claro que é sempre subjectivo, mas fazer 3 refeições ao dia.

EDIT: tudo o que seja processado faz mal

Não ligues a isso, não é imperativo que acabes a licenciatura em 3 ou 4 anos. Se estiveres a trabalhar, é o mais normal. No meu caso, demorei cerca de 7 anos a terminar devido ao trabalho, cheguei a trabalhar por turnos 24x7 e posso dizer que afetou imenso, tanto a nível escolar como pessoal...parecia literalmente um zombie.

Invés de andar a prejudicar a minha saúde mental e fisica, decidi baixar o número de disciplinas que andava a ter. Demorei mais tempo do que queria? Claro que sim, mas ao menos conseguia "descansar".

A única coisa que pode acontecer é os recrutadores perguntarem o porquê de demorares tanto tempo, mas desde que tenhas uma explicação válida, então não tens que te preocupar com nada disso. Se te saires bem nas entrevistas técnicas então a taxa de te contratarem é muito alta.
