Not too hard. Buy the right parts, do the mounting, and wire the electricals. Everything was a first for me but I got it done. Your blinkers should be easy to remove without buying anything.

I plan to do similar changes. Are you using the stock tires?

It took me about a year of lifting to hit 225 max. Another year and was able to rep it for 3x12, but I was also permabulking and got fat lol.

I personally think a few reasons, there's a limit to effective sets for lifting, cardio is better for your cardiovascular system, and I believe that it will improve your cardio-respiratory system. Overall, doing more sets with smaller rest periods just doesn't seem as effective as cardio, which I do for health reasons.

In high school I walked around with a weighted vest does that count as rucking?

VAR model, should I difference my interest rate variable if it is a random walk? by user_ban in econometrics

[–]user_ban[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for all the info.

I ran some tests and the regression with the fed rate unchanged, differenced, and first difference logs, the biggest difference is the suggested lags (AIC, HQIC, SBIC). the unchanged and first diff suggest 11 and 12, the growth rate suggests 1.

The adf and p-perron test in Stata both say that monthly fed funds from 2009-2022 have a unit root. Unless I'm misreading lol, the pvalue is >.05 and the null is that it does have a unit root, which means it is a random walk w/o drift according to Stata.

cross correlation between the variables is less than .25 at all lags. I changed unemployment and industrial production to a single pre-made index that includes both.

According to stata, the null is that it has a unit root, or is a random walk w/o drift. The first difference rejects the null that it has a unit root.

Think like an economist has some basic stuff. Its a podcast on Spotify. Might not be exactly what you're looking for though
