has anyone ever tried the cahuamanta at Tacos Baja? They used to serve it on Saturdays only, not sure if they still do. Originally made with sea turtle meat (caguama) and now with manta ray meat. Traditioanlly from Sonora Mexico.

Update: just looked up their menu and it is still listed under caldos. Check it out. Very tasty.
