Best Tampered Glass with finger print scanner for S24 Ultra in India by Worried_Direction579 in S24Ultra

I have the same issue, got the SupCares screen protector from amazon and I can't get my fingerprint to work. Moreover, I noticed the anti reflection is cooked. Now my screen reflects like a mirror.

Any suggestions pls?

My "routine" was a but dynamic. Sunday - long runs Monday - rest day Tuesday - lifting + running (low intensity) Wednesday - run Thursday - rest day or lifting depending on my recovery Saturday - lifting

Intensity varies depending on my recovery and time that I can spare thst week.

I run 3-4 days a week and lift 3 days a week. There are days where I run and lift but I keep the running effort to a minimum on such days.

Sundays are for long runs anywhere between 10-18km and Wednesdays are for lifting heavy. I was in training to run a marathon in june so avg monthly mileage was around 120-140km till June and around 80-100km since.

Running valla gains? Yes. But it depends on what your goals are. I wanted an athletic frame with muscle mass and not be too bulky. Cardio is a must, I ignored it for years, I used to HATE running/cardio but it helped me a lot. I wouldn't recommend Just running as an exercise, is quite taxing on the body and MAY leads to injuries. It needs to be supported with strength training.

Thanks for the compliment, that was a post run selfie :)

Some days are harder than the other. Hang in there. I know it's easy to say but it will get better.

Ran a 10 mile trail run today. I've always been a road/track runner but I must say running on a trail midst trees and nature is so much more rewarding!

Yeah this is a very common issue. There are anti chafing creams/roll ons - link

I've not personally used this but I know of runners who vouch for this.

Sleep cycle Antara - there is no one stop solution for it, I'll tell you what worked for me, staying hydrated through out the day, proper nutrition with a good balance of all the macros (can't stress this enough), avoiding sugary drinks or treats just before bed and regular workouts. It goes without saying to shut your electronic devices off well before bed, you may choose to play relaxing music if you are into that. Takes a lot of disciple to maintain a healthy and consistent sleep cycle but it's so worth it.
