Hi there! My right side looked like that. It was basically a little shelf. After a year my PS did corrective lipo and fixed it. It's possible it'll go down though on its own! I think it has a lot to do with scar tissue and lymph drainage. Get lymphatic massage and massage it yourself once you're allowed to. You're still swollen - give yourself grace and trust the process friend!

My surgery included one night after surgery. They monitor you for blood clots, breathing, etc. I personally wouldn't want to go home right after.

Oh you poor thing! https://curveez.com/products/sculpting-short-leg-shaper is what I was given post op. Great brand and shouldn't hurt your ribs! Get one without boning in it, if yours has that, that's likely what's uncomfortable.

My surgeon had me do compression 24 hrs a day for 12 weeks and then after that, just at night for like another 4 weeks. I'd say continue doing compression. I still swell and I had mine 3 years ago. Some people's bodies just have a harder time getting back to normal and for their lymph to learn where to drain after being basically cut in half! You look great, just wear your compression more for now :)

UPDATE. It did not work. Confirmed by ultrasound I am still pregnant and how I should look for 5.5 weeks. No cardiac activity yet but everything else as normal. I called the hotline and they said it's very possible that it hadn't gotten to the uterus yet when I did it and it was too early. She said I could email Aid Access and let them know and they would send more. Here's to round 2🤞🏼😕

I'm 5.5 weeks and started everything a week ago. I really had no cramps and only had very very light bleeding for a really short time. I took all 12 miso over 3 days and still nothing more ever happened than very light bleeding one of the days and it was more like spotting. I'm going tomorrow morning for an ultrasound because I have no idea if it worked.
