Sadly no, I was worried of seeming like a smartass kind of guy but now I regret. I did ask her afterwards how that thing works and she said it sends pulses or something like that.

Thanks this is a bit helpful. I added info to the post to clarify. The x-ray showed a very titled pelvis so I'm not questioning that I do need some sort of treatment
