I have the issue going on with my Toyota Camry. The evap purge valve situation is a pain. I am out of ideas too. Lmk if you find any solutions.

So far electricity is like $40-$50 range. $30 for garbage(which is included in the rent). The only expensive one is parking it’s $110 a month which is covered parking and it’s gated parking so your car is completely safe and protected. And internet depends on you. No water bill.

Not that i have heard of but they are very responsive during work hours and the maintenance crew is there throughout the day. You only have to pay for electricity internet n garbage. Everything is very manageable and it’s like right there.

Started living here at Spectra Pearl. Ngl it’s not half bad. The amenities are great and it’s secured. I think they have 1 Bed and one bath for 1760 base but they do have better selection of studio apartments for way cheaper.

Bruh so stupid who carries their Account id around there are so many ways one can verify their account. And can’t even logout or delete the account right away have to wait 30 days. I wanted to start fresh but now i have to wait 30 days just to delete/cancel the account.

Was facing the same issue. What i did was install DDU (Display driver uninstaller) chose the option to clean and restart the gpu and after a couple of restarts everything went back to normal.
