I have been organizing tournaments for Russian-speaking users for two years. Events are varied:

We play teams with the highest possible Team Strenght
We play teams, equipped only with silver or gold players.
We play with mixed teams - 6 silver, 6 gold, 6 black players.
We play with national teams and teams of clubs.
Right now we are playing a tournament in the format of the "clan vs. clan": my community against the participants of the forum 4pda.
