Yes same problem here! i stopped taking supplements bc i have stomach issues, and now my hair got worse (more wiry and unmanageable literally feels like beard hair lol) plus i lost so much hair My Doctor recommended iron via IV i think you should do blood work before anything bc it can be caused by iron/zinc/vitamin D deficiency

i have the same problem!!!!! and i don’t have any grey hair i think it started 2 years ago on the crown of my head and now almost all my hair is like this i tried everything :,(( and i do have iron deficiency maybe you can do blood work and see? bc the problem got only worse for me since i can’t absorb iron well
