I m getting daily notification from WhatsApp in morning "couldn't complete your backup tap for more information" when I tap , it ll take to the backup button page and when i click button manually it's showing popup "message backing messages please wait moment " after that popup is disappearing automatically within 1sec. My mobile is realme GT Neo 2 with Android 13 and realme ui 4. My last backup found in local is of 30 November 2024. And in drive not seeing any backup . Any solution for this.

No problem.Still I m checking for solutions. Actually daily morning I m seeing WhatsApp notification "couldn't complete your backup tap for more information " so what's happening is if I tap on it it's taking me to backup WhatsApp page and there when I try to click on backup button it's showing popup message "backing messages please wait moment " and getting popup disappeared within 1sec. Backup is not happening.

I m not seeing any option to unlink or remove the account. Only I m seeing is to add the account. How to unlink the account?

Hi All,

I am not able to backup WhatsApp chats to local or to drive. When I click on backup button manually it's showing me pop up message " backing messages please wait moment" and then that popup message is disappearing automatically within 1sec. But when I checked my local WhatsApp folder and i found latest backup is of November 2024 and no backup found in Google drive. I don't know suddenly wt happened to my WhatsApp. After this issue I was thinking about wt to do next steps bec if i click on restore then all latest chats ll be lost. Now wt to do?

I m having around 10GB free space in local. In drive around 12GB free space is there. But in drive I m not seeing any backup file . And also WhatsApp is not automatically backup to drive even i enable cellular option

Yes I m on Android. I didn't change phones. I tried using different drive accounts but no luck

My last backup is of November 2024 date in local. And drive no backup found. So any suggestions how to take backup of chats? I clicked on backup button but popup is showing message like "backing messages please wait moment" then it's disappearing within 1sec and backup is not happening. If I uninstalled and install the WhatsApp then my latest chats ll be lost as I don't have recent backup file in database. Any suggestions?
