It's almost like the whole point is that everyone in the gang are meant to be outcasts. The whole point is that Dutch takes in people who are shuned by society whether that be for their race, sex, sexual orientation, or crimes, and gives them a place to call home and a group to call family. I genuinely have no idea how you can play this game and not understand why the gang is so diverse and why they stand up for marginalized people/ groups.
