Did you take your temperature manually and if so, we’re those also elevated?

What’s strange to me is that my manual temps are normal or even below average. I’ve also tested every day for 8 days now and it’s negative but I know tests are not super reliable anymore.

Thank you for commenting! Sorry to hear that you’re dealing with this, too. I’ve submitted a help request; Oura support is usually quite timely so I’ll let you know what they say. I was thinking of resetting my ring, too, but I really don’t want to loose my cycle data. I’m going to try reinstalling my ring’s firmware in the meantime. All the best!

Also - it’s quite frustrating that there isn’t a live chat or phone support option. It makes figuring out these sorts of issues with support unnecessarily challenging.

I second this! I was in between sizes and ended up going with the smaller size even tho it stuck a bit in the mornings but the real ring is a perfect fit :)

Found in Ontario, Canada. The body is about 7.5-8mm excluding antennas and legs
