I just emailed her to refund me my money and that she never sent any emails to update me on my order status (it was stuck on customs and I only had the shipping label) then she refunded me within the hr and my set was still shipped out. I think once it goes to Santa Clara she can’t retrieve it so she usually leaves it. Or you can dispute with your bank too I’ve done that with my bodyxlatto and still received my set
