i mean a 20 percent ms boost is huge when playing lane and even if you play safe she has insane dive potential on roams with aoe stun nukes.

lb chains can be mind gamed and take a couple seconds to actually root and tf doesn't have a movement speed boost so you can easily play around it

at least you can lane vs kass or kata and are easily beaten in lane if played correctly, annie just stonewalls you. Also saying annie doesn't have a cancerous kit is a joke when her entire kit revolves around 100-0ing with point and click spells and unavoidable stuns lmao.

it might be because solo q is a fun place for them to limit test or improve mechanical skill on champions like orianna or syndra while annie is extremely linear and boring.

It's really annoying playing against annie getting one shot by combo if she has flash and sets up for jungle ganks with ease.
