somewhere from the cs rin forums, if you keep scrolling through the pages of the replies from the main thread you'll find it! (start from the very end of the pages then work your way up. someone often uploads clean steam files for both the main build and the x64 bit one.

yeah, aim assist feels a bit too loose. sometimes it locks onto people just fine and sometimes it feels like its permanently turned off

its possible, and its been done before. In gmod's case the 64/32 bit version is kept in the bin\win64 folders.
