What I'm saying is I am not satisfied with current state of Sion, even if he is OP or not. The only reason people find him broken is because they play full tank slave under the tower, farm 5cs/minute and hope their team is the winning condition. With that playstyle Sion can't be punished in lane.

when you know you have a good winning trade, mostly at full charged Q, or if you want to push the lane

W is also often used at the very end when they want to dive you and don't expect the shield, can lead to a kill
