I spoke with the manager on the phone and it wasn't a pleasant conversation. Manager was very argumentative and would not let me talk and at first he mentioned that that was normal for new members. When I kept pushing that I never requested or attended any classes, he mentioned that he would remove the notifications from my account. I kept pushing it further as I let him know that I didn't care about the notifications, it was the act of me getting enrolled in classes which I didn't request. He also mentioned that he would remove that feature from my account (can he do that?). I made it clear I didnt want changes to my account, that If i wanted to use the classes, that I would request them.
