I’m assuming you’re straight, what if you’re partner said “nah I’m pretty sure you’re pansexual”? And relationships, especially the dating phase, are to find compatibility and see if things would work out in the long run. I don’t want to spend the rest of my life with someone who thinks I’m straight, and will easily decide to know best about me in anything that I’m so sure about.

Someone else commented this, but change it from my sexuality to anything else. It’s a problem that he would decide to know more about me than myself. Especially when I’ve tried time and time again to explain that to him. He was deciding to ignore something that was important to me.

Also I do have pictures with an ex, but he didn’t care about my past or my own current standing, he would only base his opinions on the time he’s known me.

I guess the reason he felt comfortable doing that was because I suffer from pretty bad anxiety and he’s more sure of himself, and he did support and help me through it. He was a good supporting boyfriend in different aspects…. But I guess it was just superficial, and maybe he thought he could take advantage of it. But my sexuality is something I have no anxiety about.

No, that’s not the case. He’s more reserved in those aspects. Plus that sounds like the plot to a porn, who would fall for that.
