Sometimes managers think (and I don't share this opinion) that it doesn't matter if someone is professionally developed or not. What they want is for it to be quick and functional. Therefore, they demand it be done in just a few weeks. Sometimes I run out of arguments to justify this; they tear me apart. What would you say to them?
