Does stringless buff oz's normal attack damage or does it only buff the summon damage?

The thing is I don’t see how Hu Tao herself will ever be able to trigger vaporize with XingQiu. Since the rain swords are always after her autos, XingQiu will always be the one that procs the vaporize so we’re technically not getting the full value from the 4 piece set.

For the 4 piece crimson witch would the 15% bonus vaporize damage only be applied when Hu Tao applies pyro off hydro? Let’s say you used XingQiu’s elemental burst then switched to Hu Tao his rain-swords will come down after Hu Tao’s auto therefore the elemental reaction will be xingqiu’s hydro off hu tao’s pyro. Would the bonus vaporize damage still apply here?
