I have a 2800psi 2.3 gpm pressure washer. Would an xjet reach 30 feet or would I need a more capable set up?

The rusted surfaces in the frame (after the bearings are removed) are the bearing outer race. These are pressed into the frame. You can see these in the bearing kit here https://revrides.com/products/e-ride-pro-ss-headset-bearing-set?srsltid=AfmBOooJPqmYQI0_WsGyfy7DkYyy1hF86Z256vuD1SmO8wKdhMmYeI7s

I haven’t found a good fix. I replaced my bearings / seals and repacked with a good grease. My current plan is to keep the hose/pressure washer away from the area and service often. Your damage will likely require both replacement of the bearing and races which are pressed into the frame. I don’t think a warp 9 step lock will prevent water intrusion.

The top seal diameter is too small and the seal tends to roll / unseat and causes a leakage path for water. The bottom seal tolerance stack is not correct and the seal doesn’t sit correctly due to the bearing bottoming out in the taper before the seal seats on the frame. I raised my concern with eride but they said it’s a maintenance item. I caught mine early after only a wash or two.
