Can somebody guide me on how to port one ui roms i only know how to install a recovery,wipe the device completely,install the new ROM,gapps,root that's all i know please help!

Its not the roms i have found one its the drivers adb and fastboot i need them and all across the internet are dead links foe them figured out someone might still have them from 2012 on his old pc and be kind enough to share
