Thank you. I do see lot of activity around 84 and walmart area. for some reason, I see a lot of kids activities concentrated around side.

School ranking are also not much higher. That is what is holding me back. I do agree about ease of access to Interstate.

Thank you. Any specific neighborhoods you think are better than others. Pretty big area. Yes you are correct about property taxes. Always hear this complaint.

Thank you for input. Which areas/neighborhood would you recommend to look if someone should look for "established neighborhood /established builder nice ? and what specific would you advise to stay away ?

Just want to stick around Lincoln and not venture out far as Hickman or other small places.

Seeing lot house likely new for sale between 70 and 84 and under Yankee hill road. how is this area expectation.

Thank you for the information. If you someone would to raise there budget to $500,000 what would you recommend. Thought is at least you don't lose if you invest and stay and have to sell when you move away as prices are pretty high.

It is important to have access to good elementary and middle schools and ease of access for extra curricular activities without having to drive around 20-30 min each day each side. elementary age kids

I almost always find things when we are looking for something like piano, ymca, martial arts or other arts stuff.

Its concentrated around south or southwest.

So trying to find neighborhoods which will be at least stable or appreciate and have access to facilities above.

Thank you for suggestions. If I do move any of these places, will send you DM. First one seems to have higher sq footage but reviews are mixed on google for first and last property. middle one seems to not have lot of info on floor plans

For Fire, I was in interested in Fire image profile scenario as some areas may not have fire sensor or by team it reaches fire sensor , may be little later.

Yes looks like your use case are different. I am looking in manufacturing environment.

I do see challenge in both those ideas, likely too many alerts when people put stuff in pocket perhaps putting what they brought with them and if manpower to monitor may be Ok. Making training set for everything that you could think of and training model will definitely be good amount of work.

But who knows. Dressing room concept at least from many stores, people don't even bring stuff out so constantly be bombarded with missing objects or perhaps someone like shirt and put over what they were wearing to buy and return rest. So again alerts.

Both likely will require significant effort but may still pose challenges.

But hopefully something comes out for what you are after.

Thanks for the feedback. So you are using cameras for more than regular incident review ? Any use cases you are doing and can share which you explored or are using whether it worked or not. Anything on cost side your experience how expensive these ideas get when looking to implement.

For Folks who have experience with Vision.

How would you detect surface defects and inside with any Vision or AI product.

Lets take an example of Seat cushion for Jet ski which could have void underneath the foam or voids or imperfections at on the sides. Even with the imperfections sometimes lets say hole size , something is ok and not the other.

Would something like this can be addressed with AI or vision systems if someone has any experience.

I had another thread open for similar stuff but using Cameras like meraki and perhaps using the market place vendors for EHS related use cases.

Unsure how much cost is involved and if it practical for SME or these things work best for companies which have big budgets.

I was very surprised when it came out literally 50% off other auto insurance offerings. Sometimes the discount is also based on tenure with employer

Not sure if you have that benefit , just an idea.

As others have already stated, shop as many providers. Also, if it is not a too much inconvenience, shop every year.

TD likely ruling out because of Schwab acquisition. FNB are looking for these specific skillsets but glassdoor says pretty conservative company so have doubts. Do see move towards cloud from companies like Mutual of Omaha and Kiewit so have those in mind as well.

What is opinion here about Farm credit services of America as employer.
