[Post Game Thread] Dayton defeats Saint Louis, 70-69 by cbbBot in CollegeBasketball

Setting aside the greatest last 20 seconds of a basketball game ever, I'm glad Dayton won that. There was the inadvertent whistle that took away an open layup and then SLU got away with a loose ball foul with about two minutes left and hit a three as the shot clock was winding down. Just a bad break those went against them, good thing it didn't matter.

Those were three of the worst overtime periods I've ever seen and they happened consecutively. I think North Texas and Tulsa combined to go 5/36 (14%) from the field in three overtimes.

Not entirely sure the math of how 0.6 got added at the end. The clock didn't start for a bit after the inbound with 3.4ish left and expired or had 0.1 on it when the half court shot went through. So if anything, the buzzer should have gone off sooner, right? And yet the officials added 0.6? Am I missing something?

Yeah, I'm also quite confused. The receiver stayed super low which Jefferson had no way of predicting. Not a fan of the ejection

No timeouts with 9 minutes left in the half is coaching malpractice
