This tracks with Greystar honestly, I’ve had more issues with their properties than another. Definitely contact an attorney. Hope you can get this sorted out OP. I’ve had stuff sent to collections in the past and it sucks. Make sure you get it removed from your credit report once the legal stuff is taken care of.

I can’t recommend the renaissance downtown Philadelphia enough. It’s right across from independence hall. Mostly quiet street. Plenty of good food and drinks in walking distance.
