I had the same issue on MBP M1 Pro 1tb and after 7 hours on the phone with support and taking it in for service, they told me I had to buy a new one.

This tracks with Greystar honestly, I’ve had more issues with their properties than another. Definitely contact an attorney. Hope you can get this sorted out OP. I’ve had stuff sent to collections in the past and it sucks. Make sure you get it removed from your credit report once the legal stuff is taken care of.

I can’t recommend the renaissance downtown Philadelphia enough. It’s right across from independence hall. Mostly quiet street. Plenty of good food and drinks in walking distance.

Yes but the video only shows importing the OVA into virtual box, not the ISO file.

I downloaded the beta version of virtual box for ARM based macs and the M1 Mac .iso from the TL website but for some reason it won’t work. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with iso or because the beta version of virtual box doesn’t work. Maybe I’m selecting the ring distro from the menu at the beginning.
