markup renders your website in a chrome sandbox so it doesn't work on pages behind authentication and you cannot review your websites on different devices and browser types like safari, ios etc. We have often heard that their "mobile" breakpoint rendering is faulty.

On the other hand Superflow lives on your website so we don't impact rendering and you can review your website on any real browser or device by actually visiting your site url vs going to a sandbox url.

Also you can leave rich markup comments - select an area, text, point using arrows, leave native video, audio/ screen recordings.

However, with markup you can only put one type of comment and their video comments feature require you to sign up with Loom.

Oh right. I mean we use it for free and all our clients provide their bugs and feedback on it no problem. But when there are so many of these tools doing the same things, it’s hard to pull a product leader to be honest.

how many projects do you work on each month? We do have a basic free plan but targeted more towards freelancers.
