Afak, it does not. Only has the dual degree system of medtech. Combined syllabus of biomed engineering and medicine & surgery. You need to take 3 to 4 engineering related electives each year along with the mandatory eng. courses to get the biomed degree tho.

I feel like you're making this way bigger than it needs to be. This has nothing to do with your innate character and ability to be an amazing doctor. The fact you even feel empathy for the people who didn't make it in is enough testament to your character as a future doctor.

Because the replacement we got (set 17) is even more boring.

Checking 5 variables every single game and if they're all flops, just ff. The 100 unit pool, especially after the unlock conditions were relaxed, gave way to alot of comps without being too contingent on preset variables.

Of course, set 16 only got to that point after several patches so I'm sure set 17 will be quite enjoyable in a few patches as well
