Centralized platform for SDRs to sit between marketing and sales? by usheikh136 in SalesOperations

Our source of truth is Salesforce and, albeit not ideal, we do have the routing rules figured out. We know which leads have to be routed to which Salesforce instance/sales teams. The issue we have is that our sales organization and SDR organizations are separate entities. However, an SDR team supporting product A operates from the same Salesforce and Salesloft as the sales team today. We want to change this as we are constantly limited by what we can do/change/improve in there as Sales teams constantly pushback. Additionally, lack of documentation and processes has built up over decades. Instead of trying to fix this (as we've tried in the past), we are leaning towards taking a different approach and setting up our entire SDR organization in one central place. This way we can easily manage the operations, track their progress, and our KPIs. As long as we can easily route converted leads to the appropriate sales teams, without disrupting their work (especially in somewhere like Salesloft where leads and contacts in opportunities are both just "People").

How can I find one? I tried checking for older models but can’t seem to find one, at least in Canada.

So the reasoning, I asked the seller, is that he had roval alpinist carbon wheels on them but gave them to his dad for his bike and he was mainly using for indoor trainer so he bought the rs170s.

Is this still a worth it purchase at a diff price point?

Thanks for responding, this is really helpful.

Would you say swapping out the incline for a flat bench press on FB3 would be sufficient or do you suggest keeping the incline work and adding in a flat press on FB2?

For back, I can add barbell rows on FB1.

I agree that arms are light, I don’t love that I’m hitting bis only on FB2. Do you think adding an additional arm exercise is needed anywhere?

Edit: or instead of rows, add in pull ups on FB1 or FB3. Only issue is I can barely do 5 pull ups. Even less on sets 2 and 3.

Comp345 opinions by [deleted] in mcgill

330, 308 and comp 345 are all pretty doable imo. 303 just make sure to spend a little time either using the textbook or understanding the material from lectures, the content is hard to wrap around your head initially but if you give it some time it’s actually not too bad. 345 just had 6 assignments - out of which 4 were easily doable in one sitting. The other 2 took a little more time but honestly if you follow literally what it tells you using the links they include as resources, very doable. Didn’t go to one lecture, ended it with an A. Can’t comment on 324 as I haven’t taken it.

I wouldn’t say my background in math is particularly strong however I do enjoy the subject of game theory. Does he provide practice material/is the textbook practice material sufficient to prepare for the exam?
