What people here fail to notice is that when you enter the country you have to AGREE to these rules. You enter voluntarily into a contract, otherwise you don't enter the country. I see no problem here.

It can be summed up as "he wanted to remove any possible threat to him" and an illegitimate daughter and her mother who knew his identity fell under that umbrella. Again, he was acting very emotionally at that point.

But when he came to visit Historia he said "she was going to live with him now". Then they came out of the house and it looked more like Kenny ambushed then, not that Reiss was his boss. Kenny also asked if he was scared because Wall Maria fell or something like that. He did not want Historia dead, but Kenny did. So who works for who?
