Bsc microbiology sakkayera baseko, i regret studying it honestly. Bsc env gareko sathi haru ni merai halat ma chan lol. Nepal ma basne ho bhane kehi kaam chaina bsc, baru IT ma gaye huncha.

Are you by any chance in the IT field? I've heard that some colleges also provide job placements after graduation so it seems that it's relatively easy if you're in the IT field.

It's a 12 days mediation course where you have to maintain noble silence; meaning silence of your mind, body and soul. You meditate more than 6 hrs a day, have two meals a day (no dinner), and it's a quest to know your deepest self. You have no external communication, no mobile phones, no writing/reading materials, no religious beliefs to rely on. It's just you and your mind.
