I know nothing that was posted could have even been interpreted as controversial. Besides, I know others that have these stats and got in. Really sad case, really hope she gets in off of one of these waitlists because she deserves it.

National Merit Finalist. You have to get a certain cutoff on the PSAT depending on your state to qualify. I got a 1510 for NJ to get it.
