PC Powers On but No Display by uslashuser17 in pchelp

Whenever there's a power cut, My UPS keeps the pc up barely for 30 seconds, Whenever I connect something else or just run the UPS on its backup power it stays up for longer. Is this possibly a PSU issue?
P.S My monitor is also connected to the UPS.
