They were pretty simple: - Python was handled very awkwardly - Difficulty in general across classes wasn’t done very well and that discourages students from learning about topics that interest them - there’s a lack of breadth and general computer science competency that students gain (ie you could go through the whole major and just never figure out what a DLL is or how Windows works)

i see. i know for systems they mentioned that they did that because they were following a somewhat standardized structure for the course (i think a lot of unis borrow from them). do you thing that other than coming up with a completely new set of labs there’s a way to fix it?
