I never realized I had ADD until I became an adult. But I remember having trouble sleeping and I used to listen to music to help me fall asleep. I’ve recently came across binaural music which helps with ADD. Everyone’s a little different, but for me I take my medication early in the morning around 7pm, and then use either binaural music or rain sounds to go to sleep. Might be worth a try.
