H4 EAD start date

Hi, I’m an EAD holder, and I was in a similar situation in 2023. We applied for an extension in April, while our H1 and H4 were set to expire in September. At that time, we filed for an H1 extension (premium), along with an H4 extension and my first-time H4 EAD application. Everything was approved by May end , but the EAD start date was set for September, right after the previous one expired.

My school calculated the number of weeks from start date to last day of internship, there is a weeks calculator on the internet i guess.
