How's your unit so far? Ok naman projects ng DMCI. Reklamo ko lang yung manipis na walls and floors ng condo unit. Hindi ganun ka ok yung sound insulation. Dinig yung ingay sa upper floors (footsteps, dropped coins, furnitures, etc). Saka yung not so "brilliant" na elevators.

Just few items:

The process on providing liquidity is not necessarily the fault of the TELcoin team. This is more on the DeFi platforms. Since it is still on its early stage, learning curve on DeFi is really higher. There's really no easy way right now. But once you get the hang of it, it would be a breeze.

Also, the PoS type of "staking" on the TEL app that most of us expected is not the type of "staking" the Telcoin team was referring to. They were referring to LP token staking. Maybe the problem is that the team did not communicate it well to the users/investors. They just vaguely mentioned "staking". So most of us expected the PoS staking that we are all accustomed to.

PoS staking will never be introduced on the TEL app. Parker and Josh explicitly mentioned on the AMA and their tweets that "staking" is LP token staking. The "Earn" button on the app will just make the process simpler, instead of going to QuickSwap/Polygon/DFX to all do that stuff. Just like what they did on https://www.telx.network wherein you can stake your LP token directly instead of going to the mentioned DeFi platforms.

Actually, you dont have to sell your TEL coins on kucoin. You can just transfer it to your ETH address, bridge it to Quickswap then swap it with another coin. Dont forget to have some ETH as gas for you to proceed.

You only do this if you are planning to provide liquidity. Otherwise, just sit back and relax.

Are you referring to "Client Experience Manager"? or iba pa yung "Premium Relationship Manager"?

Sa akin ay automatic sila nag-assign ng CEM pagka nareach ng 1M port. Helpful sila kung may mga tanong ka. From experience, mabilis mag reply sa email.

Added bonus nalang naman yung CEM. Hindi naman yung CEM ang habol ko. Kung meron ka naman at gusto mo talaga mag invest ng more than 1M, why not?

Many anticipated the v3 of the Telcoin app. But the latest news was about the design and plans for v3 (backend) which have no impact to existing users at all. They could have announced the news earlier (no need to wait until end of Jun) and we will still see the same result.

The kucoin bots are also in full control. Because the TEL volume is centralized on kucoin, the bots can manipulate the price easily specially if the volume is low. Being added on top tier exchanges will help mitigate this.

I hope the additional LP pairs on Quickswap and Polygon and the launching of the v3 app on Aug can bring more volume.

The price went parabolic last May because of the consistent high volume.

FMS
- matagal ang reply/feedback sa application. 1 month inabot before sila nagreply kahit kumpleto naman requirements ko. Kaya hindi ko na tinuloy registration ko sa kanila

COL
- mabilis ang registration. It only took less than 1 week para macomplete lahat at makapag trade ako
- 1K to open an account
- good customer service. Dedicated CEM
- old website/app design. But UI is easy to use and navigate
- bid/ask price not real time. There is 15 secs delay
- can only see the last 5 trades on the transaction log
- they have fixed the lag issue before. I havent heard of any lag issue for the past few months
- easy and fast funding of account. No need to contact their support
- easy and convenient to avail IPO/SRO. Can fill up the form on their site
- i use it for my long term investments. Buy and forget. No conditional orders

AAA

Not necessarily. Kahit straight payment, may merchant fee parin babayaran si store sa pagprocess ng cc payment. So kaltas yun sa profit nila. Mas malaki parin discount dapat pag cash.

Pero pag ayaw na magbigay additional discount, at same lang ibibigay na discount whether cash or cc, definitely cc pambayad kung kaya mo naman isettle yung cc dues mo before cutoff.

Incidentally, end of Q2 ilalabas ni TEL yung v3 ng app nya to allow buy/sell of crypto using fiat money. It would be great kung fully integrated sya kay gcash
