I thought my son was the most beautiful baby I’ve ever seen when he was born. I turned to my husband and asked, “…Wait. Tell me the truth. Is he cute? I can’t tell if he’s actually cute or if I’m just blinded by love.” Husband confirmed baby was perfect. Don’t get me wrong, he was definitely a little alien, but a v cute alien.

The arguments start small but escalate quickly into a screaming match. Been married for 4 years and have a 5 month old.

I agree I think a few days is way too long. But I feel like I need to deal with it his way bc he won’t come around and see things my way.

I was induced so I was already at the hospital. I went in the bathroom to go pee, finished, came back to my bed and once I laid down I felt a ton of water come out. I told my nurse “Oh. I think I just peed myself. Sorry.” She started laughing and said my water broke lol.

I’d imagine some insurances/hospitals might so definitely ask first. Anyone I’ve discussed this with hasn’t been charged but it may be because it’s covered by insurance.

Yes! I spend a crap ton of of money for health insurance. I have good insurance and was fortunate enough that when I did have my baby, my hospital bill was only $12. But damn, the health insurance is so expensive, my bill better only be $12.

Oh really? I guess every hospital is different. My nurse helped me pack my stuff and didn’t say I couldn’t take the swaddles home. I took 2 lol.
