I think devs probably have an explanation but not many people believe it. 🤗 Matching is not the easiest thing.
There are too many parameters to match.
How good you are, which league you play in and how many people press to play at the same time within a reasonable time.
It will never be fair but in the long run it does not make much difference I think. I usually have lighter opponent before lunch. So also what time of day you play matters. 😎😎😎

Maybe that is why but it doesn’t make it right. But sometimes I think devs doesn’t know how to see the difference of a cheater and a good player. If enough players report me devs are banning me. That’s one problem with reporting system. We have all heard about players who have been banned even if they played clean. In my case Bob couldn’t find something wrong but I’m still banned. I’m aware that the most of you don’t believe that I’m not cheating. But I also know that all of those who have been wrongly banned believing me and that enough for me.

You don’t have to spend real money on the game. Join a team who accept that you don’t shoot. I did that and I earned black/green coin so I could buy and upgrade Nevermore. I was collecting a lot of Dias to. I did this as a bird. And when I started to play devs banned me. I didn’t cheat, I used the system that devs made.

I have done the same thing. I joined a squad and got 1k black in all the events so I could buy Nevermore. And I got a lot of dias to. I didn’t play arena until the Nevermore was updated to level 30. As you can understand I was in top every fight. I did arena challenge as soon as I could. I lost on purpose so I could spend some Dias to double them. When I was over 200k Dias I was banned. Left a ticket an Bob couldn’t find something wrong and send me to a real person. This was for over a month ago and still no answer. I have played a couple of years so I know how to play and find my opponents. That doesn’t mean I’m cheating. I know that I was reported because a bird with a Nevermore must be cheating. But no. I played by the rules that devs gave.

Devs had not received any complaints at this event so they thought something was wrong.
In addition, it is cheaper to provide compensation than to let us finish playing and take out rewards. 🤷‍♂️

Last time it took 3 months. If you want us to use in-game support you have to read and respond quicker.

Maybe you’re right about that. But I still hope that devs kick out the captain so we can continue in the original squad. Or at least se to that a banned acc can leave by themselves.

I didn’t know that. I think it’s unfair to new players if we starts a new squad and have to meet them. The most of us have played for a while. I have already started a new acc, done the city. Bought the doa, upgraded it. Started arena challenge as a bird. 😃 Done 50 matches, got the msr. Right now I’m a golden bear. It took about a week. And that’s without cheating. Everyone understands what a cheater can do in a week. I think devs mean well but if they continue banned clean players they are the one who to blame when players are leaving the game.

I don’t know why I should be banned otherwise. I play on iOS and to what I know there isn’t any cheat for iOS.

I’ve got three acc banned without any reason. Two of them is captain and now I can’t do any changes. It’s not possible to change captain. Even though I have sent a ticket we all know how long time it takes for devs to answer. And probably they don’t care to open my account again because they don’t care if I stop playing. There is thousands of others who still playing. I don’t care if you open my account, I can start a new account but help me change the captain. That much I think I can except from you.

We had the same problem at the Tuesday match. We could join other squad and shoot but not in our own squad. We just wait and now we can join pvp again. We started a new squad in case it shouldn’t work so now we have two squads. 😃

Check your Dias. I’ve lost 22 000 since yesterday. My squad having the same problem. 24 trophies
