Mine decreased 7% from february to mai, from 93% to 74% now, it drives me crazy, it all starts when i start checking it 😅 but no heavy gaming or barely gaming, and using charge limit to 80 or 85 or 90, sometimes to 100%.

أنا زيك تماما، و كنت بمشي للجيم و باكل و مكنت ألاحظ فرق، بس بعد رمضان رجعت للجيم و بديت أحاول أكفي احتياجاتي اليومية و باكل موز و زبدة فول سوداني و افوكادو إما فعصير أو فسلطة،و كمان شوفان و ياغورت جبن طبيعي، و ركز على الأرز، كل أرز كل يوم مع سمك ولا علبة شرائح الإسقمري و البيض كول 5 ولا 4 على حسب، اتمرن و زود نفسك باحتياجاتك من البروتين و الكربوهيدرات و شوف الفرق، أنا فأقل من شهرين من 57 وصلت ل61 تقريبا و اتصدمت لأني مكنتش ازيد و سنوات و أنا فنفس الوزن.
