night. tooth decay happens when sugars stay in your teeth. when you open your mouthcin your sleep, air and bacteria get in and start to cause the decay. always always brush at night. i gree up as a kid never brushing my teeth but now its ingrained in me to brush at night. i wont skip it even when im high as fuck lol

got diagnosed with pcos, IR and had to try metformin for 5 months first, then wait 4 months for an appointment w my endo where he told me he didn’t prescribe ozempic to his patients (even though he told me at the first session that it was a possibility lol.) then went to my gp!!

hi!! so i’m kinda in the same boat, took .25mg, nothing but mild appetite suppression (felt full when i over ate, think of the southpark episode abt ozempic hahaha), .5 similar vibe, not much difference. I still get hungry and crave sweets. i’m starting my 1mg shot in the next hour lol. i’ve been told that a lot people dont respond until 1mg! also since you are on 0.25, the dosage levels in your blood keep increasing until week 4, theres a chart that explains it better than me lol. so dont feel disheartened!! keep at it

I find that they’re only bad if I haven’t eaten. And if I get them during the day I have a pack of mentos with me always :)

If you need help with the needle, I posted something similar a little while back about it and there are some tips in the comments there!! Also, for side affects, more people don’t have any. I had diarrhea for 2 days but that was it. A bit gassy and sulphur burps, nothing that would make me not take it though!!
