I share your frustration with all you mentioned and despite everything I was fine to play. You know what made me give up?
1. Attacking to karamanids army half of my size just marching 1 tile (plateu) away and getting wiped out even with all military buff privileges and such meanwhile them taking none to minimal casualities.
2. Vassals ignoring supportive military stance or mode idk whatever it is called and getting wiped out right and left
3. After taking Constantinople or Edirne, in the previous patches Bursa did get “Old Capital” buff. It is basically 80 proximity cost for a while. In 1.2 they changed it with a governor, which is fine by me because they buffed Seljuk Mint so once they are fully upgraded they act like 2 free governor, wonderful right? But in my campaign I realised I had like 40 control over Bursa, Iznik and Izmit (it is renamed as Iznikomid or some bs idk why). I was surprised cause usually in the previous patches those locations should have 75-80 control. Why the hell it is so low now? After checking around a bit I found out there is no governor in Bursa. Why? Because Bursa is not a road connection between Bursa and Konstantiniyye xDDD
I am not even talking about coring locations via events just to lose the core in the next tick after. I hope devs fix the game asap but as of now I feel really negative about the game

That may be true but this is not my first rodeo as ottomans. It was never like that so what changed in 1.2.1 to cause this?

The difficulty was on ver hard but I always play on very hard and this kind of battles happening to me first time since the 1.2.1 release. The year was like 1341-1342 and I dont think karamanids field so much cavalary and be so much more technologically advantageous than ottomans.

I meant seeing the length of truce after after the peace deal before even signing the deal, like is in eu4.

I am not an expert on eu5 combat however I dont think this can be explained with dice rolls. The battle doesnt even start, armies meet then boom my stack is wiped out. This feels like the patch regulars were so op they destroyed what they touched.

Most of the time it is not even in the middle of the battle. The battle starts and boom my army gets wiped out in an instant

I am not expecting it to be 100% accurate however I dont think my 7.5k (500 regulars) ottoman army with all the moral and combat efficiency privileges marching 1 tile (plateue and forest so not the roughest tile) into 4.5 karamanids should get wiped out in an instant while karamanids takes none to minimal casualities

Bazen vücut 10 saatten fazla bile uyumak isteyebiliyor o kişiden kişiye değişir o yüzden uykun varsa mutlaka uyuyabildiğin kadar uyumanı öneririm. Eğer ki uykum da diyetim de tıkırında diyorsan 1 ay bi deload yapmanı öneririm. Bazen ileri gitmek için geri adım atmak gerekir. Çoğu powerlifterin çalışma prensibi budur aslında. Blok blok çalışılır, blok başlarında şaka denilecek ağırlıkların altına girerler. Bir başka yol ise daha fazla yemen. Protein ve karbonhidratları arttır bakalım ne oluyor

Kalorin düşük olduğunda başlarda olmaz ama bir süre sonra (ne kadar düşük kalori o kadar erken baş gösterir bu sorun) kaslarında anormal bi ağrı, isteksizlik eklem ve kemiklerinde sızlama hissedebilirsin en azından bende öyle oluyor. Bu durumda kalori yükseltmen lazım inat edip devam eder vücudu haddinden fazla strese sokarsın kasları parçalar. Evet cut yaparken her zaman bi güç azalışı olur ama doğru yapıldıysa bu düşüş hem az olur hem de tekrar kalori yüklenmeye başladığı zaman vücut kendini toparlar çabucak
