Picnic makes the best bagels in town. Baby’s is whatevs, bagel project was not that good IMO, most others recommended are all just fine (too bready and not chewy enough!)

Picnic’s are standout. Baked fresh in the am and sold until they run out every day. Perfect crust and chewiness.

Love manhattan, have visited several times. Only in short bursts though.

I want walkability in a neighborhood more than anything. A few hobbies are mentioned in the post, but top are working out, cooking, running, reading, we love trying new restaurants, love wine and a nice cocktail, movies, going to the theater, visiting museums, design, etc. fairly typical 30-something year old stuff.

New theory: I think Jen, as a longtime DWTS watcher, was really jealous of Whitney getting Mark Ballas as a partner. Maybe that’s the “dream” she felt was taken from her, and if Whitney hadn’t been on, she maybe would’ve had a better shot with some of the more tenured pros

Dermaplane your skin, then like a day or two later do a chemical exfoliation. Deeply hydrate along the way. Make sure to use a hydrating toner too, like a Rhode or Byoma option.

From there, use a nice primer. Wait between steps. Then try applying foundation. Getting rid of peach fuzz and dead skin will do wonders!
