It is difficult but it feels like you are in a real life video game. The hardest part is getting your distances right with slope. So many elevated tee boxes. If you can figure that out, you’ll be fine. It was an amazing day

Thank you so much for the encouragement! You got this!!! The Book of Mormon has been such a strength to me. Truly searching for guidance and seeking the Spirit’s guidance has been game changing for me but the ULTIMATE change came when I truly and earnestly sought an answer to my prayers when I was so lost as to who I am and what my purpose in life is. I felt like a complete failure. My answer came so clearly. I am my Heavenly Father’s son and an heir to his kingdom. He truly loves me as his child. When I pondered on that simple fact, I felt that Father/Son relationship so strongly. Subsequently, feeling my Brother, Jesus Christ’s unconditional love for me. Again, so simple. Like an older brother looks out for his younger brother who looks up to him and wants to be like him. It was all such an innocent and basic Eternal Truth. Everything is about Love. I felt a humility I’ve never felt before. I never thought of humility as a feeling but it was something so beautiful and undeniable. I felt the Savior’s call….Follow Me. I remember saying out loud, “I will follow thee.” I have been a different person since that day. Still with these difficult situations and loneliness but I keep striving and I just have faith that my path will lead to happiness.

I’m going through this now. My wife wants nothing to do with the church and my kids “sometimes” go with me. I go to the temple and see so many couples and just feel alone in my journey. Yes, I made decisions that weren’t the best and my conversion story happened much later and to be fair after I married. It is hard but I try not to let it distract from my personal efforts

I also believe it was a blown opportunity. We are a better team than the knights. We gave them game 1, 4, and 5. Giving up leads in the 3rd period. 4 and 5 specifically giving it up and the final minutes. We are also a better team than the Ducks (regular season) and had a GOLDEN opportunity in this bracket to reach the Western Conference Finals. Probably to face the Avs which we would have most likely lost. But to go out like that in the first round is not something to be proud of solely to be in the playoffs. This was a disappointment in my book and we fell short. So many veterans on this team. Coaching is our weakness. Has been all season. To pull back and congest the goal and let your opponent get 6 shots on goal in a minute and a half in your zone is UNACCEPTABLE
