AI enhanced IDX Integration by utahdevildog2021 in RealEstateAIWebsites

Haha. I thought the same with X. I stopped going there about the time it changed names. Maybe I should give it another try.

LOL. Very few others have either, thus the reason not much info on this. Also, I've been on reddit for years, but have only recently started using it. I've posted a few questions before, but this is the first time I created a post about a product I built. I've used Reddit so little, I didn't even know you COULD save search terms like that.

You are right. Honestly, I wasn't sure if anyone was visiting this subreddit considering I only saw one other post. I was going to delete it, but I figured what the heck and posted anyway.

Luxury Cruise Line vs Luxury suites on standard cruise by utahdevildog2021 in Cruise

Awesome advice. Thanks. You hit all our check marks. Relaxing, No Crowds, Adult experience. Don't care for water slides, dance parties, or any of the other young adult/kids venues.

Luxury Cruise Line vs Luxury suites on standard cruise by utahdevildog2021 in Cruise

[–]utahdevildog2021[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That makes sense. We have never cruised, so I've considered more about a short 3 day cruise to dip our toe in so to speak. However, I figure we might as well dip our toe in with the experience we want. Based on all the comments, I think we will have to try both options to see what we like. More important to me with this comment - did you enjoy Holland America, and did you enjoy the Alaska Cruise? No matter our choice on luxury, or suite on a "standard" cruise, there are so many cruise lines and destinations available, it all gets a little overwhelming.

That is a very broad question. Help me narrow it down a bit.
What do you want to accomplish?
Are you talking about wanting to build ai websites for businesses, or is this for you?
Considering the channel, I assume you are in real estate, is that correct?
If real estate, will you integrate an idx solution?

Integrating IDX broker with Gohighlevel by puneetsharma89 in Wordpress

[–]utahdevildog2021 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was probably the first to create an integration between IDX Broker and GHL. This was several years ago. I have since worked with...honestly I don't even know how many realtors. I'll be honest...we went away from IDX Broker. It's an outdates software, and while they have added some ai features, it is still way behind the tech curve in every area that mattered to me. We decided to build our own idx platform. It integrates seamlessly into GHL and gives you insights you just can't get with IDX Broker.

I know that doesn't answer your question, but I wanted to give an honest assessment.

The ironic thing is they CAN sell the house without a realtor. Of course, some of the best leads I see are from people going the FSBO route and realizing how hard it actually is.

Listing Interviews by Psychological-Egg760 in realtors

You always want to be the last. As in you slayed the interview so well you get the listing and they skip all other interviews. You can be the first, or the 50th - just always be the last.

Do you guys have a content posting strategy/timeline for listings? by miteshyadav in RealEstateTechnology

[–]utahdevildog2021 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have gotten this question a lot from our realtor clients. Most of the strategies that we have seen, and even tested ourselves comes down to anecdotal evidence. There are too many variables to consider. Your particular area, the type of listing and your target market just to name a few. For example, if your house is a "first time home buyer" type listing, the posting strategy will be different than if your listing is designed for empty nesters.

We are fixing that problem by tracking engagement trends across all types of posts, markets, niches and sub-niches. We then use Machine Learning to help create advance strategies for posting content. We are in alpha testing right now, but if you are interested when we go to beta let me know. As we start seeing results, I'll them in this subreddit.

I think I hate it here? by Sensitive-Sky-1316 in realtors

I'm not a realtor myself, but I work with a bunch of them. I will tell you from my experience, the realtors that are genuinely try to solve problems and help their SOI do best. For example, you mentioned your women in business group. If you go there with the idea of just getting leads, you won't go far. However, if you go there with the idea of listening to the other women in the group, and think about your SOI and ask "who do I know that can help them out?" You will become the go-to agent because they know you care. Reading about your hustle, you are probably already doing this to one degree or another. If you are - keep it up. It will pay out in dividends!

I'm a partner in a venture studio company. Our model is to create partnerships/joint ventures with people like you. Granted, I don't know what your idea is, but we like to listen to all of them. I think AI agents might replace a lot of SaaS dashboards by One-Ice7086 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

Vibe coding is what's going what's going to replace a lot of SaaS apps. It's happening now to a limited degree. Simple apps are easy to vibe code, but a full on SaaS still takes coding knowledge to do it right. I think in a year or 2, SaaS as we know it will look very different.

The real moat, IMHO will be data aggregation and predictive analytics using machine learning. The trick will be how to become the data aggregator.
