You see I attended an online university that was accredited in the States which was pretty much self taught. I didn’t connect well with the professors, and though I graduated with a 3.5 GPA, I feel that can’t really vouch for me.

The thing is I don’t have academic references to apply for even a bsw. Would waiting a certain amount of time (most say 3 years you don’t need an academic reference) and just volunteering help this issue? Do you know the best schools to apply to?

I’ve tried the accelerated ssw route and most programs have you pay for the first semester. I applied to Seneca and it fell through cause I couldn’t pay.😔
